AdMeet Media started with a simple observation — GCPP partners were spending most of their outreach time on unqualified applications, while genuine publishers couldn't find their way in.

Three years ago, I started connecting the two sides from inside a publisher community — first informally, then as a service. Over 26 active months, AdMeet has grown into a 258-publisher network, serving GCPP and MCM partners across multiple geos.

The agency stays deliberately small. One person — me, Bittu — handles every engagement end-to-end. No account managers, no hand-offs to junior teams. Partners work directly with the person doing the work.

The result is an estimated $1.2M+ in annual revenue generated for partner companies, and a 97% client satisfaction rate. Not because of scale — because of focus.

We'd rather send partners 5 qualified publishers than 50 hopeful applications. Every site gets a real pre-vet before it reaches the partner's desk.

Onboarding isn't done when the approval email lands. We stay engaged through the first month — resolving policy, payment, and setup issues directly.

Early referral work

Started connecting publishers with MCM partners informally from inside an existing publisher community. First referrals closed within weeks — and the pattern repeated.

2024 · Build

AdMeet Media formalised

Turned the referral work into a structured service — publisher sourcing, vetting, ADX onboarding support. First dedicated GCPP partner engagement in Q2.

2025 · Scale

Network grows past 200 publishers

Active community of website owners crossed 200. Added retention and first-month handholding to the standard engagement scope.

2026 · Now

258 publishers, $1.2M+ partner revenue

Running with 258 onboarded publishers across India, SEA, and MENA — with an estimated $1.2M+ in annual revenue flowing through partner companies, and 97% client satisfaction.

AdMeet Media is run entirely by me — Bittu, based in Bankura, West Bengal. I source the publishers, vet the sites, handle partner communication, and stay in the thread through onboarding.
