Terms of Service.
1. Services
AdMeet Media provides GCPP and MCM client-acquisition services, including publisher sourcing, site vetting, ADX onboarding support, and GAM setup. Scope of engagement is defined in writing for each partnership.
2. Engagement terms
All partnerships operate on terms agreed in writing (email or formal proposal) prior to the start of work. Commercial terms, deliverables, and timelines are specific to each engagement.
3. Publisher quality
We pre-vet publishers before forwarding them to partners, but final approval rests with the partner company. AdMeet Media does not guarantee partner-side approval outcomes — we commit to qualified sourcing, not guaranteed onboarding.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement — including partner lists, commercial terms, and internal processes.
5. Payment
Commission structures, retainers, or fixed fees are defined per engagement. Standard payment terms are net-30 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of liability
AdMeet Media's liability for any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the partner in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or revenue-loss damages arising from partner-side decisions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Work in progress and earned commissions at the time of notice remain payable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of West Bengal.
